The EDC Customer Service Department is available for clients and installation centers.
First of all they are the first contact point where customers can ask their questions concerning the functioning of their devices or vehicle tracking system. They look after all the customer subscription files and the complete administrative follow up of the contracts.
Also sales reps, dealers and installers of EDC products can contact Customer Service for help and information.
EDC Customer Service can serve customers in three languages and can be reached during office hours (from 9.00 h until 17.30 h). It is useful to have your client or customer number ready at hand when you want to contact this service. It will decrease the time needed for your identification and help our customer service reps to adequately answer your questions and remarks.
